Return/Refund Policy

Our policy will last 14 days after delivery.

The customer has 14 days to inform us of any defects to the product or transit damage. If the customer is unhappy with the product, they can request a full refund within the 14 day period.

It needs to be returned unused, packaged in the same manner and returned in the same box it was sent in. Once we receive the product, we will conduct an inspection of the product and if we find it not to be in the same condition it was sent we will be unable to offer a refund.

It will be at our discretion whether a refund will be issued and that decision will be final.

To complete a full refund we require proof of purchase.

Once a decision has been made to refund a customer the customer should allow 30 days to complete the refund. This allows us time to inspect the product, make the decision and process the refund back to the customer.

If the customer is looking to return the product they should contact us directly at sales@websterwheelchairs.com.

We will arrange collection of the product at a date agreed with the customer, no allotted time will be given for the collection so the customer has to ensure they are available between the hours of 9am-5.30pm.
